• Certification Details
• Government issued photo ID required prior to start.
• Emergency Contact Form Required prior to start.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Required as applicable per unit description.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required for all clinical starts.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Required for ER and as applicable to other units.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure (NRP) Required for NICU and L&D.
• Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) required for L&D.
• Tech Cert Verification - National Refer to Allied Licensure Report. Required as applicable.
• State License 1 Verification License verification required within 14 days prior to start.
• Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB) Required for ER and ICU staff.
• NIH Stroke Certification Required for several units including ER, ICU/CCU, CCL, DOU, IR, M/S, Stepdown, and TELE. Preferred for LVNs.
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam Required as applicable by profession.
• Competency Exam Required as applicable to profession.
• Competency Exam - Miscellaneous For L&D RNs - Fetal Monitoring Competency Exam required within 1 year of start.
