A company is looking for a CRM Onboarding Specialist - Hotel
SaaS.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end CRM implementations, ensuring a smooth and timely
transition for customers
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a
seamless onboarding experience
Provide expert guidance on system configuration, best practices,
and industry-specific solutions
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of CRM experience, ideally in the hospitality sector
Familiarity with SaaS platforms and a solid understanding of the
hospitality sector
Ability to manage multiple projects while aligning with client
goals and internal priorities
Self-motivated, positive, and goal-oriented
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
preferred
